The Volkl Yumi 84 has always been one of our most popular ladies all-mountain skis. It's lightweight and playful but with the titanal underneath the bindings, it means its responsive when you want to put more effort and power through the ski.

Volkl say - The Yumi features tip and tail rockers and measures 84 mm beneath the boot, and its 3D radius sidecut makes it easy and playful to turn. This latest model is the first to combine a glass frame construction with Titanal beneath the binding. Its Titanal binding construction gives it stability and allows it to transfer power without being unnecessarily heavy; a glass frame reinforces the important zones of the ski. As a result, the ski feels more lively yet softer. That said, it can still be pushed really hard without requiring much force.

Multilayer Woodcore - The combination of beech and poplar results in an extremely durable wood core composed of hard wood in the binding area and lighter wood around.

Titanal Binding Platform - A thin Titanal layer (0,3 mm) under the binding delivers the necessary strength to the ski. This way the binding screws offer reliable hold even in the toughest conditions.

Glass Frame - The Glass Frame offers a wide range of skiers effortless access to dynamics and sportiness while serving stability and shock absorbtion in the shovel and tail area of the ski.

3D Radius Sidecut - Three radii in one ski for maximum turning & speed versatility in all mountain skiing. Easy steering and manoeuvrable at higher speeds speeds, easy turn initiation and agile at lower speed.
