TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds, replacement and exchanges
Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz within 15 days or are the result of a "Change of Heart" and are sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz within 15 days, will be processed with a refund, return or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that item(s) returned to us that are not due to our error and where Snowfit/Revolutionz are required to arrange collection will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please also note, in all instances Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
Our goal is simply to supply the best value ski gear with the best advice. If a competitor has a lower advertised price, we will do our utmost to match it! In the unlikely event that you can find the matching product cheaper, simply email us the details and we'll honour all requests that fit the following criteria.
Requirements for a price match:
- The same year
- The same variant (size/colour)
- New item, A grade, not "a second"
- In stock at the competitors' store or on the competitors' site (not simply listed as available within a set timescale)
Matches must be from UK based bricks and mortar stores or UK online retailers - not auction sites such as eBay, nor from one of the growing number of overseas online stores that have simply bought UK telephone numbers and UK web addresses to imply they are UK based businesses when they are not.
Price matches are based on the final cost of an item including delivery charges and, in the case of ski purchases, any binding mounting and binding set up costs.
We cannot always ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as we can or if the delivery time is too long, we will let you know and you will have the choice as to what to do with your order.
Snowfit ltd, T/A Snowfit and Revolutionz takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or complaints.
