Refunds, replacement and exchanges


Refunds for items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz within 15 days or are the result of a "Change of Heart" and are sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz within 15 days, will be processed with a refund, return or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.  We regret "Change of Heart" returns are not permissible on Sale Items.

 

Please note that item(s) returned to us that are not due to our error and where Snowfit/Revolutionz are required to arrange collection will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.

Please also note, in all instances Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Stock Availability

We cannot always ensure the permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as we can or if the delivery time is too long, we will let you know and you will have the choice as to what to do with your order.

 

Complaints Procedure

Snowfit Ltd, T/A Snowfit and Revolutionz take its relationships with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within one working day of receipt, whether they're enquiries or complaints.
