You will be given a safety demo and SUP demo on land before getting on the water. If you have already had a lesson or a demo this year then we will give you a sign off card in order to give you more time on the water. Keeping you safe is our prime focus so if we feel a refresher could be of use, we will make sure one of the crew provides you with this.
