VAT Free Shipping
When, as a "Non-EU Resident", you are looking to buy from outside the European Union, simply select your country in the checkout and the VAT will be removed. In these circumstances, you, the purchaser (as the importer) will be liable for any/all local taxes/import duty.
How do I return an item?

To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.
Change of Heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, manufacturers labels, and instructions leaflets etc) otherwise, we regret we will be unable to refund you.
We regret that in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, implemented on 13th June 2014 we are not liable for the refund of any return postage on Change of Heart items, we will refund the original cost of the goods and their outward postage costs, if any have been charged on that original purchase. Where the item or items purchased has/have been personalised, i.e. ski bindings mounted specifically for and to a person's specific requirements these items are not able to be returned under Change of Heart principles. In any case, all returned items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
PLEASE NOTE, BECAUSE OF BOTH HYGIENE AND HEALTH AND SAFETY REASONS WE REGRET WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT HELMETS AS RETURNED ITEMS AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND. UNLESS A "like for like replacement" THESE ITEMS ARE ONLY PURCHASED IN PERSON, INSTORE.
Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, as such, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
