This session will be supervised by our instore physiotherapist. Please note, Skiers Edge Training is only available in store.

Skier's Edge is a specific training tool. Our Physiotherapist also uses the Skier's Edge in the assessment of patients suffering from joint or soft tissue aches and pains from skiing either unexplained or caused by specific conditions or injuries.

This training tool simulates skiing and is useful in assessing technique and any mechanical and functional limitations or restrictions. It is further a great tool for conditioning and balance, i.e. getting ready for the ski season. Trust me you will get tired after only a couple of minutes of intensive work out.

Other professional sport athletes in tennis, hockey, golf etc use Skier's Edge for strengthening, cardiovascular and proprioceptive (balance) training.
