Custom-made insoles or orthotics are devices that are used in shoes and boots to alter alignment and foot function.

Orthotics are designed to treat, adjust, and support various biomechanical foot disorders such as pes planus (flat feet), Mortons neuroma, plantar fasciitis.

Insoles focus on aligning feet into a healthy position when standing, running and walking. Hence they provide much needed pain relief for foot, but often with similar benefits to ankle, calf, knees, hips and lower back.
