John's Ski & Snowboard Guarantee
Here at Snowfit we want everyone to be 100% happy with the skis and Snowboards they buy from us. We believe with our knowledge and the testing of the equipment we can give fair and correct Judgement of what ski or Snowboard a customer needs.
Unfortunately, occasionally someone we sell a pair of skis or a Board to doesn't get on with them for any number of reasons. Because of this small percentage we want to give you the customer peace of mind by offering a Guarantee to you that if you purchase a ski or Snowboard from us and do not get on with we will charge you a weeks rental (or the period of time in which you had the ski or board) and we will either give you store credit towards another pair. If we can't find another ski or Snowboard that works for you, we will discuss further with you of what you would like to do with the credit, whether its a refund (of the credit amount not the full price) or something else.
Terms and Conditions:
- The Person who first purchases the ski or snowboard is responsible for its return for the Guarantee to be applied.
- If the ski or Snowboard comes back to us with any damage we may refuse the return or we may offer you a credit lower than if the ski or snowboard wasn't damaged.
- If the Person who first purchases the ski or snowboard wants to use the Guarantee due to not liking the colour we may refuse the return.
- We do not offer this as a rental service and if it thought the person who first purchased the ski or snowboard is trying to use to their advantage l we may refuse a return.
