Skier's Edge training (30 min).
This session is unsupervised by physiotherapist.
Skier's Edge is a specific training tool. This training tool simulates skiing and is useful in assessing technique and any mechanical and functional limitations or restrictions. It is further a great tool for conditioning and balance, i.e. getting ready for the ski season. Trust me you will get tired after only a couple of minutes of intensive work out.
Other professional sport athletes in tennis, hockey, golf etc use Skier's Edge for strengthening, cardiovascular and proprioceptive (balance) training.
