How do I return an item?
Simply call us on 01603 716655 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for return, and we will advise you on what to do next.
To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.
Change of heart: Change of Heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, manufacturers labels, and instructions leaflets etc) otherwise we regret we will be unable to refund you.
We regret that in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, implemented on 13th June 2014 we are not liable for the refund of any return postage on Change of Heart items, we will refund the original cost of the goods and their outward postage costs, if any have been charged on that original purchase. Where the item or items purchased has/have been personalised, i.e. ski bindings mounted specifically for and to a persons specific requirements these items are not able to be returned under Change of Heart principles. In any case, all returned items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Please note, because of both hygiene and health and safety reasons we regret we are unable to accept Helmets as returned items and strongly recommend that these items are only purchased in person.
Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, as such, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges:
Refunds For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Revolutionz within 15 days or are the result of a Change of Heart and are sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz within 15 days, will be processed with a refund, return or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that item(s) returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please also note, in all instances Snowfit Ltd T/A Snowfit/Revolutionz shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
For stock items we aim to dispatch your order the day after we receive it, if your order is placed before noon we will do our utmost to despatch the item that same day, either First Class Post or by Courier depending on the nature of the item(s) purchased. If in stock please allow up to 7 days for the order to arrive. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order, or to refund you.
Please note, where your purchase is for skis and requires ski bindings to be mounted then we cannot guarantee that even orders received before noon will be processed, the bindings mounted, skis set up and prepared in time for our couriers to pick up that same day. In view of this, please allow 2/3 days for delivery of such items.

We cannot always ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as we can or if the delivery time is too long, we will let you know and you will have the choice as to what to do with your order.
If you have bought something from us we will have your email address, phone number, address and credit/debit card details. If you choose to deliver items to a third-party (such as a friend) we will have their name and address. Information is only used to help us deliver the parcels and contact you.
We also maintain an order history of your purchases. This allows you and us to track your deliveries and review your past purchases. We may offer you a reward for purchases or make an offer we think you might like based on your order history.
We also collect information of a general nature about how many 'hits' our website gets. We monitor the site traffic patterns which tell us which areas of the site are being visited more than others. It also helps us build a more useful site in subsequent re-designs.
