How do I return an item?
Simply call us on 01603 716655 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for return, and we will advise you on what to do next.
To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines
Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and any postage and packing. The item(s) must be returned within 15 days of purchase. This does not include damage caused by improper use and removal. Always read and make certain all users of the product read the instructions before use.
Change of heart: Change of Heart: Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, manufacturers labels, and instructions leaflets etc) otherwise we regret we will be unable to refund you. The items must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
Please note, because of both hygiene and health and safety reasons we regret we are unable to accept helmets as returned items and strongly recommend that these items are only purchased in person in one of our stores
Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
Refunds, replacement and exchanges:
Refunds For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Revolutionz within 15 days or are the result of a Change of Heart and are sent back to Snowfit Ltd T/A Revolutionz within 15 days, will be processed with a refund, return or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Snowfit Ltd T/A Revolutionz. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
Please note that item(s) returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Please also note, in all instances Snowfit Ltd T/A Revolutionz shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
For stock items we aim to dispatch your order the day after we receive it. If in stock please allow 7 days for the order to arrive. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund to you.

For Rest of World, local import duties may be payable upon receipt. International delivery times vary depending on destination.
We cannot always ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest. If something is out of stock we will do our very best to get it to you as soon as we can or if the delivery time is too long, we will let you know and you will have the choice as to what to do with your order.
