The Punisher is still one of our biggest sellers because of its amazing versatility and particularly because it isn’t just versatile, it’s that it does everything so well. A sizeable quantity of our Punisher sales have gone to instructors and seasonnaires, with many coming back for direct replacements rather than switching their allegiance.
I sold a rather battered test pair of these that I had with me in Austria to the chief instructor of the ski school I was working with that week. Quite simply, he felt they were the first all mountain twin that he had ever skied that he felt he could turn up to any booking with (except his race group) and know that he could give a great lesson on them. Whether that was for first week beginners, plateaued intermediates, would be freestylers, experienced freestylers or off piste purists neither the skis nor he would be found wanting.
