A great new ski from Head. When testing, we felt this was the pick of the range giving a superb balance of flex, feel and edge grip. A little softer in the longitudinal flex than many others aimed at this type of performance the new “Torque Technology” (TT) gives a much firmer torsional stiffness than you would expect, given the flex and provides a really secure ride, even on solid hardpack.

The aggressive 14m radius at 170cm gives amazing manoeuvrability and the softer flex makes entry into and exit from each turn a joy with no nasty surprises lurking to catch you out in those moments of “temporary” loss of concentration!

If you’re are looking to blast the pistes and have no aspirations to tangle with off-piste, in any of its guises, then these are a superb buy.
