Massive impact last season when it was introduced. A growing number of Instructors are using these as their “one- quiver” instructional skis for snow, teaching everything from snowploughs to Park and Back Country.
These are fantastic carvers with a real torsional stiffness to give almost slalom like performance when desired. Broad enough to float like a back country weapon and stable enough to take any speed as long as you have them on some sort of arc. The only weakness we could find was a degree of twitchiness in an absolutely straight schuss.
2009/10 version of the very successful Crusade freeride ski. Silver and grey diamond design with variation on a Fleur de Lys design in each of the “diamonds”.
Sorry, pics updating shortly.
