It is ideal for someone who is looking for a ski that really does do everything while not compromising in quality. Lightweight and desgined with ladies in mind, this ski is perfect for women looking to get more out of the mountain.

Nordica says: "The Wild Belle is an incredibly versatile All Mountain ski. At 84mm underfoot it has the agility to confidently handle hard pack and yet easily navigate variable soft snow and crud. The Wild Belle features Nordica's women's specific i-Core Technology (wiCore) that reduces the weight of the ski by approximately 25% without sacrificing traditional wood core performance. do you have can you get the version with nordica bindings? or get teh correct bindings and plate for this ski seperately?

    Good Morning Phil,

This ski comes in two versions, one with the Marker(Nordica) EVO plate limiting it to just one binding, and one as a "flat top" which permits us and other retailers to put a hugh variety of bindings on it to suit our customers requirements.  With this type of All Mountain ski we see it as a massive restriction of its capablities to limit it to just one basic "rail mounted" binding system so we don't stock them.

We have customers putting on standard alpine bindings,e.g. the lightweight Marker Free Ten (essentially what the rail system is based on, the ever popular, light and very reasonably priced Fischer X 11's, even the impressive Kneebindings, as well as the more sophisticated Hike and Ride or even full Touring bindings; so covering the whole spectrum of skiing.

Nordica cleverly use the argument about the wide EVO plate being about 25% wider than traditional bindings for better power transmission and it is, but what they don't say is that most bindings that are currently available are designed on the same lines and few binding manufacturers are running many "so called traditional bindings".

If the skis were 95mm underfoot or wider then I would suggest that you would definitely be better off with one of the widest footplate bindings, say a Head/Fischer/Tyrolia Attack binding or one of the Marker Royal family series, e.g. the Squire (for its lightness) but the Marker Free Ten was updated several season's back and it too now also has the wide plated toepiece, so you are spoilt for choice.

However, since the Wild Belle is only 84mm underfoot that really is of only minor consideration  and even "traditional bindings" like the fischer X11 will provide excellent performance and huge fun.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards

Question:

Is it possible to buy the 154's with bindings? If so, which would you recommend and how much would they cost? Thanks

    Hello!

The wildbelle is a brilliant ski, It was Sophies favourite on test and she tested it with a marker Squire bindings. Lovely lightweight binding with a DIN range to 11. If you do not require a range to 11 then the Marker Free Ten will do the trick too!

Feel free to give us a call on 01603 716655 if you require any further questions answered!

    Kind regards,

    Jake

    Hi Linda

Thanks for your enquiry.  Yes we can pair just about any binding with these but have chosen three types at the moment as standard alpine bindings; we can also do "Hike and Ride" type bindings or Touring bindings if you require them, just let us know.

I have to apologise about the images of some of the bindings not appearing when shown in the "Bundle Options" we've worked out what's causing the anomoly but have yet worked out how to solve it.  The images are appearing fine in their own right under bindings (so you can check their looks out there), the anomoly only manifests itself under "bundles".

Almost more puzzling is why the X11 White/Purple is appearing under the Black/White option, in any case if you did go for either of these then just tick the box for the Description rather than the Visual then go to select the ski length and finally add to basket.

The bundle price, with discounted bindings, includes mounting, sert up and delivery to a UK mainland address.

    Hope this helps.

    Regards
