Hi Harvey,
Thanks for your enquiry about the Leki Pole guards. yes they do come with all the screws and tools to fit them (well all bar a simple Allen Key and we'll pop you one in if we're sending them out for you. It's about a fifteen minute job for anyone with basic DIY skills to fit them to your poles.
